Let’s be honest: most software jobs in Belgium are about being a small cog in a massive machine. This isn't one of those jobs.

We are a small consulting firm of 12 people. We don't hire often because we value stability and "right-fit" over rapid scaling. We need two developers who are tired of corporate bureaucracy and want to actually own the code they write.

• Is Tech-Agile: Our core stack is .net, but you’re the type of person who can pick up a new framework without breaking a sweat.
• Understands the business: You’re not just a coder. You talk to the business users hand help the think through problems and come up with technical solutions.
• Values Autonomy: You don't need a Project Manager breathing down your neck to get things done.
